Our lead time is between 3 and 14 working days for 99% of products. Since we deliver to many remote areas of England, Wales and Scotland, delivery to some of these areas may take a little longer than 15 working days.
DELIVERY CHARGE
We offer a free delivery service to the ground floor of any flat/building/house address you provide us with almost all of the deliveries. In some cases we might contact you to communicate a delivery charge payable cash on delivery.
In postcodes starting with IV, PL, EX and Northern Ireland a delivery charge may be applicable, depending on the size of your order. Please contact us for specific delivery charges according to your order and your specific situation.
In case of unsuccessful delivery, the charge will be applied the same and in case of refund, this delivery charge amount will be detracted from the total refund amount.
